Liturgical Prayer
Mass is the highest Carmelite prayer. Go daily if you can. The Liturgy of the Hours is the 2nd most powerful prayer. Choose Morning and/or Evening.
Virtues
Wearing Mary's garment means clothing yourself in her virtues. Under her motherly guidance, practice her charity, purity, and obedience.
