Immerse yourself in scripture. Spend time daily marinating in the Word.   Like Mary, ponder it in your heart. Make it the back-ground music of your life.

Liturgical Prayer

Mass is the highest Carmelite prayer. Go daily if you can.  The Liturgy of the Hours is the 2nd most powerful prayer.  Choose Morning and/or Evening.
